It matches up incredibly well into Urshifu-R, keeping it in check with Thunderclap, Koraidon, since it commonly doesn't run Dragon-type moves, common Fire / Water / Grass cores, which usually have Incineroar, Rillaboom, and Urshifu-R or Ogerpon-W, and multiple strong special attackers with Snarl, such as Kyogre, Calyrex-S, and Terapagos. Electroweb gives it a solid speed control option while still dealing relevant damage, whereas Thunderbolt is a consistent and strong STAB option, and Volt Switch gives it a strong way to reposition itself.
